Job Description
We are hiring Farm Workers at our Houston location right now. The work is outdoors and physical — you will be planting, harvesting, and packing produce every day. No experience needed. If you show up on time and work hard, this job is yours.
Your Daily Work
Most of your day will be spent in the fields or greenhouse. Here is what a typical day looks like:
- Planting seeds and seedlings in the right sections
- Watering crops and checking for any signs of damage or disease
- Harvesting produce by hand when it is ready
- Sorting and packing fruits and vegetables for delivery
- Keeping the farm area clean and free of waste
- Using basic farm tools and equipment safely
- Listening to your supervisor and following daily task instructions
Pay and Hours
- $14 – $18 per hour based on your experience
- 40 to 50 hours per week
- Monday to Saturday
- Overtime available during harvest season
- Weekly pay so you do not wait long for your money

Requirements

- You are physically fit and can work outdoors for long hours
- You can handle early morning starts — farm work begins at sunrise
- You are reliable and show up every day without excuses
- You can lift and carry heavy loads when needed
- You work well with a team and follow instructions without issues
- Prior farm or outdoor work experience is a plus but not required
